I’ve taken some time off socials for the past week and man it feels gooooood. No offense to anyone- I love keeping up with what’s going on with all y’all 24/7 BUT it’s not great for my mental health. Being “disconnected” was life giving. I’m not going anywhere per se- just trying to be way more intentional about how I spend I my time. More creating and sharing, less scrolling. More putting the phone DOWN and living life.
