I started prioritizing myself.
I started to fast, changed my eating habits,
Ate more vegetables and fruits,
I stopped being so critical of myself for not being perfect, I sometimes go in on the carbs or take a siesta throughout the day.
I use to lock myself in my room, in darkness, sleep hours throughout the day and seldom talk to anyone.
I pray and am grateful for every little thing in my life.
“I’m not perfect and that’s ok” Mentality helped a lot.
