Waktu umur 20an, kadang olahraga kadang ngga, umur 30an mulai rutin olahraga, yoga, zumba, sampe lari. Jadi member gym walopun banyakan ikut kelas daripada main alat. Umur 40 mulai fokus angkat beban sampe bikin home gym biar ringkes. Sekarang olahraganya fokus di angkat beban sama lari, and I feel better than ever! 40s is the new 20s! 😁🔥
