Random sharing: I went out early in the morning to my uni Dean's List award ceremony in June. The next day, my dad asked me where I went. For some context: I'm taking a second degree. ODL mode from a private uni. My 1st degree is from UKM, conventional mode, years ago. My dad asked me about my current Uni. I reluctantly told him. His response sounds like "small unknown college". This is why my reluctance to share things with my dad. No congratulations, just another belittling response.
