1 Peter 3:7 is not strictly about men’s prayers being hindered, but about a man and woman who do not dwell together in unity despite claiming God’s name both having their prayers hindered because it’s attached to the entire statement starting from 1 Peter 3:1 pertaining to women. Peter says “God is no respecter of persons.” But we seem to think women get a free pass for disrespecting their men while men suffer God ignoring their prayers for the same disrespect.
