Caught off guard, I thanked her and laughed about how I was looking for muscle and she followed with ‘you look incredibly strong’. Being me I assume she meant ‘for your age’ since I’m 47 & ‘incredibly’ is an overstatement but I will accept her compliments with an open heart & attempt not to self deprecate as usual. Earlier this week social media had me thinking people suck, so this was a sweet reminder that kindness still exists 🤍 “If you see something beautiful in someone, speak it” 2/2
