Yes, this happened to me. I was eating 1300kcal for too long and got too comfortable with it (like not feeling hungry or too tired). But then I decided to eat at 1500kcal and worked out 3x a week instead of 5-6 cuz I was demotivated by the lack of progress, and then I started to lose more body fat. Don't know why but it's a thing. 🤷🤣
