i was just thinking about this. and maybe we need to organize and figure out how to support each other so *everyone* in education and *ALL* teachers can thrive. i think that starts with demanding more funding because really, that's better for students. and pay for work outside contract hours. let's try to make it better and not just promote some toxic positivity that leads to toxic work environment. cause most teachers are sick of this.
