Hey! I have both and love both. Yes, Brooke has added some beginner friendly modules (and yeah, she’s a freakin genius), but the structure and set up of TMC is why, at this point, I would recommend TMC for beginners. Brooke emphasizes that you can take what you need and hold off on what you don’t (or aren’t quite ready for). As a beginner I felt when I got a course I needed to watch all the modules and do all the things which led to overwhelm. TMC eases you into this space seamlessly.🫶🏻
