Meet the First African Team to Reach Olympic Quarterfinals. 🏀🐅 Nigeria’s female basketball team, D’Tigress, has made history at Paris 2024 by becoming the first African team, male or female, to reach the quarterfinals of the Olympic Games! Under the leadership of Coach Rena Wakama, they secured a landmark victory against Canada.
