My personal opinion and experience is that there’s ways to set yourself up to not have to be “on” all the time with selling. I think there’s certain roles that are great to hire someone for, but I think it’s still important to have those sales and marketing skills. But having a VA to keep up with the posting, making graphics, scheduling, etc. is definitely a must!
