Peak digital dementia: I was tearing the place apart looking for the book I’m currently reading and really thought I was losing my mind, only to realize hours later that it’s an audiobook. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Digital dementia describes the neurological decline from outsourcing our lives to apps and devices so that our brains stop producing new neurons & making new neural connections. This is problematic with an overly virtual world, because we anchor our memories to physical space. Neural network incomplete.
