In 2020, Rolls Royce sold 3,756 cars while Toyota sold 9.2 million cars. What makes the average adult pick a Toyota over a Rolls Royce?

Positioning doesn't mean a damn thing when you are talking about two products that vary in cost by 10x. If RR said "our cars are for everyone" there would still only be a fraction of a percentage of people globally who could buy one.

Rolls Royce didn’t have a galaxy paint job from the factory, so I decided to get a white Camry.

Because anyone that knows cars knows Rolls Royce is junk. There is a reason they lose 90% of their value in 7 years. The avg millionaire drives a 5 year old Toyota or Honda. People driving a RR usually aren’t well educated financial and came into money all at once. It’s the reason 75% of NFL and NBA players are broke within 5 years of retirement. You can’t buy $500k cars that are worthless in just a few years.
