Adani Group’s 62-year-old Chairman Gautam Adani intends to hand over his $213-billion conglomerate to his sons Karan and Jeet, and nephews Pranav and Sagar, by the early 2030s. Upon Gautam’s retirement at 70, the four will share equal stakes in the family trust. A confidential agreement will manage the transition of company shares to the heirs.
