CT likes to add risk on the way up (leveraged) and completely capitulate on the way down - it's similar to the way retail buy tech stocks at ridiculous multiples at the peak. If ever there was a time to be aggressive it would be during max pain... the dam has burst and risk has (mostly) materialised.
