What do you do if your client's boss is blaming you for the mistakes of his direct reports?
I manage the email newsletters for a law firm and I only follow the approved copy word-for-word. I triple check all the time but now the principal solicitor is not happy with his EDM and thinks I made the mistake.
I checked everything (again) and sent him what I used as reference to show proof and asked him how else I could do to make the process easier.
Does anyone have a better way of handling this?
