gvragency can someone explain to me.. when a person does everything right, yall give them hell. I’ve had several case managers and still haven’t really done anything. Started my process in Jan of 23, spoke to one case manager , didn’t hear from her again until April and at that time she told me I was given another point of contact. Spoke that person in August and that was that. Reached out again January 24 and at this time, the original case manager had left and her email said contact her sup.
