Over the weekend I finished a game in the Legend of Heroes/Kiseki franchise, Trails from Zero. The best way to summarize this Franchise is that it’s like a video game version of One Piece, but the world building is heavily focused on its own world politics. I played through the Cold Steel games, I enjoyed 1 and 2, but started getting lost in 3 and 4. Playing through Trails from Zero cleared my confusion and misunderstandings of those games.
