Hopefully, you will have secured a career that will afford you a comfortable lifestyle. Success (however you define it), is easier to enjoy now because most of us have eased our foot off the gas pedal somewhat, career-wise. State of mind shifts and you know pretty well how to navigate life with more confidence, competence and peace of mind, knowing that every day won't be an up day, but the down days are manageable. For me, my kids were grown and out of the house, so I got my alone time back.
