The worst thing about my POTS is when I’m having a flare up and I stand up while talking and immediately can’t finish my sentence because I get so confused and struggle soooo much to say words and think and just communicate I hate it it feels so isolating when I’m sick and everyone’s just looking at me like I’m stupid (I’m laying down now but I’m sad)
