The first 5-10 days after birth are emotional, andmom has a lot of milk. So much that baby may not be able to consume it all, but that’s okay; it’s necessary for body to gauge how much milk is needed. Keep breastfeeding as much as possible, especially during sleep times—right before waking up, during sleep, and when putting the baby to sleep. It’s called BREASTSLEEPING.
