Ok I need to be real and vent for a moment.
I have had a hamstring/glute injury for a year and a half now. Has it gotten better? Sure. But it’s so frustrating to that it hasn’t fully gone away.
I’ve been going to a physical therapist and I’ve been doing my home exercises but it still feels like something is missing from the whole mix.
I just wanna do my long runs without pain.
Anyone else experience a long injury and not being patient with recovery time?
