The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) emphasized simplicity in Nikah. He said: 1. “The best marriage is one that is easiest to conduct” (Ibn Hibban). 2. “The most blessed marriage is one with the least expenses” (Ahmad). These teachings encourage modesty and simplicity, avoiding unnecessary extravagance and financial burden.
