As delicious as this scene is I have some issues with the dialogue here When he says to her 'you should have told to my face about marina' I wanted her to tell him something like 'I tried! I told you she was in love with another! I tried to tell you! To tell Eloise! You didn't listen.... no one ever did. You didn't hear ME until my words came thru whistledown. You may believe my words were cruel or unjust but I thought I was protecting all of you' or something to that affect 😅 Bridgerton
