absolutely. I know a super-famous-about-10-years-ago-but-kinda-still-famous-now guy and he has finstas and private socials to lurk (also for friends and fam to follow). he doesn’t really engage with fans (much) on them but he has them so that he can like content anonymously and throw in his 2c here and there
