I'm about as non-high-maintenance as they come. But I will tell you that when the charging coaster for my @ember mug broke last week, I thought I might not know how to survive my day while having to constantly go to the microwave to heat my coffee. jk, but not really. They quickly sent me a replacement, and I'm a happy professional businesswoman once again!
