I went out with an older gentleman friend of mine and we landed at the end of the night at a hot DC club. I never go to clubs but I do enjoy music so this was a treat. I danced all night and as we were about to walk out “Get It Sexy” comes on and I instinctively started dancing. I turned to him and said "I'm sorry this is my guilty pleasure.” He turned to me and looked me in my eye and said "Don't apologize for liking what you like, ever." And just like that....those words freed me.
