I need your advice. parenting My 5 year old loves playing baseball. As any 5 yr olds, he is not that great. We went to this park where they have a plastic bat and plastic balls with a small baseball field looking area. There were a dozen of kids playing what looked like a baseball, my son took part in picking up the balls and throwing it back to the pitcher - I thought it was cute. A dad came over to my son and told him to get out of the field his son is trying to play and I wasn't there.
