Anyone else ever think how generational trauma is basically suppressed fear in the instigator being passed down from parent to child? So does that mean that we are essentially unconsciously creating the kind of world our great grandparents who lived through WWI & WWII feared the most? As in, a tyrannical regime of powerful individuals having full control of the fate of everyone below them? And that breaking generational trauma means regaining the power to create our own future?
