I literally have only changed one thing since getting validated at the dr yesterday. 24 hours isn’t even enough time for that 1 change to have taken root in my physical body- But I already feel a little better today. Being heard, seen, validated is so healing just by itself! Im processing the grief that sits underneath tho. It’s thick!
