My last job was for a commercial construction company with only a few female employees. We were in a cushy office building and shared the floor with only one other small company. Probably ten women total on the floor. We had no menstrual products in the bathroom. I was in charge of ordering supplies for the office, so I asked my boss (who was also head of HR) if I could order some and set up a basket in the restroom. She said no because “people would steal them.”
