My real, actual lottery dream: If I won a ton of money in the lottery, I would buy up a bunch of homes in good school districts. I would fix them up. I would then rent them out to families with kids, and price the rent way below market. I would voluntarily lose money on them. Because I can. I won the lottery. In this way I get to realize my dream of helping out working class families while destabilizing the predatory nature of the rental market.
