There has been a lot of talk today about a certain conservative pundit who attacked a certain politician’s child because that child was proud of and loved their politician parent. A couple of days ago there was a lot of talk about conservative politicians and pundits who found it disturbing that non-conservative political men hug their children - particularly their girl children. Their discomfort with non-sexual/non-transactional love and affection is actually heartbreaking. 1/
