Any other ADHD friends out there suffer with executive dysfunction specifically with showering?? Like I shower enough, I'm not nasty lol, but even though I KNOW showers feel good it's always SO hard to get myself to take one. Pls tell me I'm not alone 😭😭 ADHD Threads
