Why did you become a baker or why do you want to be a baker?
I go first,
Very often you hear chefs saying I do this job because I love to feed people and I feel so selfish because the first thing is for my own pleasure.
Challenging myself to do better the following time or to understand why I don’t have the volume I want or the crispness I want.
So if I do this job it is for my own pleasure first and then seeing people tasting and approve it is important but secondary.
Am I the only crazy?
