as an inflammation-focused nutrition coach, I’d never make you:
1. only buy organic produce
2. remove dairy & gluten
3. avoid desserts / sweets
4. purchase multiple supplements
5. intermittent fast
I think the reason so many don’t start trying to heal their inflammatory-issue is because they fear giving up the things they love. I ultimately won’t “make” ya do that.💛
