Christmas is only 4 months away 😱 last year I entered my first ever depression episode. When I should have been enjoying every magical 🎄🎅moment with my kids celebrating the holidays I was hiding in my closet crying endlessly😭. Stressing over friend drama, stuck in the circle of always trying to one up each other, anxiety over how much we were spending, feeling worthless, tired and just wanting to put life on pause.
