One of my regular customers tried to sway me in to leaving my job. I mean literally wooing me... "you're an amazing sales person.", "you're so talented", "you're so intelligent, you need to come work for me.", etc. So I finally I take a bite of the line she's throwing out and ask "how much does it pay?". "Thirty" She says. I said "okay, let me think it over." Now this would be a HUGE decision because I love my job, I love my team, I hired each of them and trained them.

She comes I'm to pick up her jewelry and I tell her I'll sit down for an interview. She's like "oh my gosh, that's awesome I'll get you in. I wasn't sure what you'd say." I said "$30/hr is really pretty good." She looks at me and says "oh I meant 30k a year." My face said it all... ma'am I am offended. Like how TF much do you think I make?! 30k? I said "oh no, no, no thank you."
