Progress 100 days after deciding to improve my health Weight: 219 lbs down to 183 lbs Cholesterol: Now all in normal range A1C: 8.6 and rising down to 6.3 and falling Exercise: Nothing now ramped up to 4 to 5 miles walking per day 6X weekly. If I can do it then YOU can do it. Diet and exercise.
