I have to brag for a moment!
I’m in Vermont and have mountain biked for 3 days now. With a collective of 35.5 miles ridden and 3675 ft of elevation climbing!!! And I haven’t really been riding that much.
BUT guess what?!
I’m not sore the next day, and at the end of the day I feel like I still had some juice in the tank.
I have to say thank you to my Pilates and cross training with running that I’ve been doing. It has saved my legs. So thankful to not have jelly legs lol.
