#Day12
SINCERE
everybody know this word from letter writing class. "Angel and Demon" by Dan Brown told me that it comes from Latin "sin-" (without) + "cera" (wax), literally meaning "without wax", because sculptor often plasters their statues with honey and a fine layer of marble powder to cover the flaws. So then, if a statue is found without wax, it's declare as "sincera", and the modern word evolved from there.
I always want to sign off my letter with "there's no wax".
