From this summer’s Employee Wellness Program organized by @o7therapy at Boubyan Takaful & Boubyan Bank in Kuwait City. As part of their partnership together, a series of corporate mental health workshops were offered on-site to enhance mental wellbeing among employees. I was honored by Boubyan’s leadership team’s presence throughout the workshops.
