This is what I do too when people came to me asking me to quote price for a business that hasn't even launch yet. Not because we're snobbish or so. But when the business is not even there yet, it's idea floating in the air and we're not confident if they gonna launch on time or that it's just only a concept, not gonna to materialize as business. That's why we only wanna work with people that already has established business.
