Why not raise their wages by 20% instead 🤔

Pay them their wages and treat tips as bonuses. Wtf is this shit. I’m sure it’s a shit place to eat as well.

Server wages in Belgium are included in the price. Which makes sense. All extra tips are surplus on top of a decent living wage

Or pay your employees a living wage like the rest of the world. Bet you don't give them 20% pay rise out of YOUR profits

They say "Our servers". I expect them to pay them a decent wage. Let's start there, and thén I'll decide if the service was good, and pay them an extra.

Sounds like management feel servers deserve a 20% pay rise. Not sure why the feel it's their customers responsibility to pay it though 🤔

Why doesn’t the employer pay them well enough so that any tip would be an extra bonus for good service - not a neccesary part of their basic salary..?
