I criticized her before for what I thought was a bad response. This response is placating and I still need action, but this is a lot better. Do you think she would’ve done this without pressure and pushback? I don’t. That’s not even an assessment of her character. It’s just how politics works. Pressure candidate lead your vote and they will feel it. Pressure candidate after election date and they won’t give a shit. Let’s not get too comfortable, but this is a step in a good direction.
