Does anybody deal with UPS? I ship to the states occasionally and there's always an extra charge of around £35 that mysteriously comes out of my account. I'm never notified, it's not on my bill ...they just take it. What's it for? A fuel surcharge? Why do they never tell me? UPS @ups
