i saw a post that few of Olympic Paris Gold Medalist acknowledge meditation contributes to their win.
Meditation in simple terms is a visualization.
You visualize your goals/dreams in a relaxation state. To achieve goal, body-mind-soul need to be in alignment. If you think to win, but body does not believe you can achieve goal— it’s not going to happen. Visualization prepares body to be in champion state.
Before sleeping— take a deep breath, relax & visualize goals/dreams already happened.
