I’m from the UK. As a rule we don’t have a tipping culture though I do tip if the service is good. I’m currently travelling around the USA and the service is terrible in most places I have visited- way below what I would expect in the UK. I would complain tbh if I received this service in the UK and yet there is an expectation of a tip at the end. 20% really? The entitlement has diminished the service.

5 小時內	Zaria Photographic zariaphotographic	The Federal minimum wage is only $7.5 or £5.0 ph. State wages can be higher . Business’s expect customer to tip to make their wages higher . It needs Federel law to revise wages to EU/ U.K. norms .

If that was the case here I might also chase someone down for not tipping. it should be the company's responsibility but that's Americans labour laws for you
