I would say it would depend on how traditional your vampires are. The original Stoker vampire, I would say would not be able to. As they were much more magical and sinister in nature. The traditional vampire are evil twists on human nature. Where natural means of pleasure and reproduction used to exist, there is only a bottomless hunger for blood. With the reproduction process being replaced with turning others through draining. Modern vampires though, sure why not!😂

this question just made me LOL but as someone who has read like probably hundreds of vampire novels the answer is— it depends on the lore lol. some of the books based on the classic lore, no they can’t because they’re basically dead. some even continue to decompose/ their bodies change to be sexless over time. but the more modern ones, yes they can.

I never considered this with any seriousness but it did just occur to me that erections are a function of blood flow and vampires do not have circulating blood. That being said, vampires are magical so i can’t see any reason that what keeps them animated doesn’t extend to that bit of their anatomy too.

How else are they supposed to be these Incredibly hot, sexual creatures if they don't? You can't tell me it's flacis and the women get excited about that......inssay they drink blood, it's in their body and therefore should be enough to go south for sex.....at least to my mind

Better question is why are you asking the internet? It’s your story, your choice. You can come up with a dozen different ways a vampire can get stiff, why and how. Your imagination can create a whole world of possibilities. You don’t need the internet to tell you yes or no
