This time last week I strongly debated quitting Instagram. I took my first day of posting reels after 8 months of posting daily... But I knew consistency is what brings progress. 3 days later I got my first viral reel As of now it's at 1.9 million views and I've gained 3k followers over the last 4 days. All that to say, take a day off if you need to but don't quit.
